The perfect oasis for a busy executive who likes to jet set to Europe whenever she can.
Objective: To transform an incredibly dated apartment into a luxurious piece of Paris in the sky
The Space: 600 SQ FT apartment overlooking sweeping city views in the heart of Yaletown.
Scope of work: A complete transformation, this apartment was stripped down to the studs and completely reconstructed into a luxury oasis.
Inspiration: Paris meets New York was the theme for this sultry and cozy space.
The Client: A single boss babe who likes to jet set to Europe when she’s not servicing her North American clientele.
What We Love:
• The black walnut herringbone hardwood floors bring an old world charm to what otherwise would be a generic box.
• The marble cleated bathroom that brings a whole other level of luxury to this little jewel box.
• The sculptural Nero marble island and black kitchen which creates a sense of opulence and drama in the space.
• The ornate crown moulding and oversized ceiling medalian that add that Parisian charm to the space.
• The Stunning custom camel mohair sectional that perfectly fits the space and optimizes seating.
What We Did:
• Established full scope of work and Project managed the entire renovation from concept to completion. This was a truly white glove experience.
• Worked directly with the millwork company and the carpenter to design and oversee installation of all architectural elements including wall paneling and casing details, bathroom vanity and complete kitchen design.
• Comprehensive plan including wall details, electrical layout, lighting, paint, furniture, art consulting, custom linens and accessories.
• Curated antique wall sconces and mirrors from Paris for a truly classics Parisian feeling home.
• White glove delivery and set up of entire space for a big reveal.
